Originally released on July 25, 1986, Maximum Overdrive tells the story of a green comet passing the earth resulting in inanimate machines coming to life. Everything from vending machines to semi-trucks become sentient...killing any human in sight. Stephen King wrote and directed the film based on his short story "Trucks". The real star of the show was a White® Western Star® truck with a giant green goblin hood ornament. First Gear has made an officially licensed replica of this classic movie truck villain in 1/64 scale for horror fans and movie enthusiasts everywhere.
