I purchased this 1998 Peterbilt 379 with a Cat 3406E engine, an Eaton 13-speed transmission, and 3.90 gears. The truck originally had a factory bumper, exhaust, visor, and other standard equipment. The makeover and creation of "Teal Appeal" took place in 2021 at Kenworth of Indianapolis, IN.

The truck was stripped down to the frame and sandblasted. I chose the colors Frosted Teal and Crushed Ice Pearl White to match my Harley-Davidson motorcycle. The interior was custom-designed to complement the exterior of the truck.

We removed the air horns from the top of the cab and replaced the exhaust with 8" Lincoln straight pipes. A 20" Valley Chrome American Eagle bumper with two-inch lights along the bottom was added. The front fenders were replaced with fiberglass and Hodgebuilt full fenders were installed on the rear. The 135-gallon fuel tanks were swapped out for 150-gallon tanks.

My 2017 reefer trailer was vinyl wrapped to match the truck. We added two color-matched 50-gallon tanks mounted lengthwise under the trailer. Rear light panels were installed, along with the name "CHILL APPEAL" on the back of the trailer. To top it all off, the top and bottom side rails were polished to a mirror finish!
