Bobby Lindamood, Sr. founded Lindamood Demolition in Irving, Texas in 1975. In 2009, Bobby passed away in a tragic accident. Today, Lindamood is headed up by Bobby’s wife, Kayla and son, Jake. Together, they have continued to grow the business while keeping the principles that Bobby instilled in the company at the forefront.
This 1988 Peterbilt was the second Peterbilt Lindamood had ever owned. As a young boy, Jake spent many days driving this truck around the yard and down the road with his dad well before he was old enough to get a CDL. As a teenager, he loved working on these old Peterbilt trucks more than anything. Many of the changes and work done to this truck Jake did himself.
In 2013, Jake and his son, Jaden, rebuilt the truck adding a sleeper and painting it the current silver with blue flames. The truck is spec’d with a 6NZ 550 Cat engine with 19-speed transmission, paired with a 2-speed rear end, sitting on a 46,000 lb air ride suspension.
